  A Google user: 1. Somehow it won't allow you download more than 1 video. 2. The videos can only be played during the scheduled flight time. Latest week my flight was delayed by an hour and 20 mins. As a effect, my movie froze and stopped in the middle of the flight... 3. It sometimes fails to authorise you to download even when you do have a flight scheduled. 4. You can't use it if AF does not operate the flight. To me, if I buy a ticket with AF, I expect the services that go with it. Thanks!

  A Google user: This is a good idea, but when I download a paper, it goes through the process and then the download icon does not change to an begin one. In lots of attempt only one download ever worked, hopefully they will work out the bugs.

  A Google user: Good idea to reduce the amount of paper. However awful execution, a valid flight gives only access to 1 paper, no magazine. The paper cannot be read in portrait mode, making it almost impossible to read. AF test harder!
