  SOUK TV: I planned on giving this apk five stars for actually being useful, only to begin it and search it's all in RUSSIAN, no English at all rendering it useless. In this day and age with resources like Google translate and another related translating sources theirs no excuse not to translate or at least test to translate from Russian to English. It would have got the developer a higher rating, more downloads and created the apk more famous but the developer clearly can't be arsed so I suggest everyone stick with the more famous torque odb2 apk instead.
