The Attain apk combines your health history with your Fitbit® device activity to offer personalized goals*, achievable actions, and rewards.** This apk leverages data from your Fitbit device and helps you: • Earn rewards for hitting everyday calorie goals. • Receive reminders for necessary healthy actions: flu shot and another vaccinations; scheduling basic care visits and screenings; and refilling and picking up prescriptions. • Receive advices to boost activity, sleep better, improve nutrition and increase mindfulness. • Build healthy habits through challenges and everyday activity. • Receive help for serious health moments, such as finding lower-cost options for lab and imaging tests like MRIs. Who can enroll? The Attain tool is accessible to Aetna commercial medical members aged 18 and above and with participating plans. Hit your activity goals and complete healthy actions to earn points. Activity goals are based on your weight and sex. Some healthy actions are based on your private health history. Meet your weekly activity goals and complete healthy actions to earn points which can then be redeemed for gift cards from famous retailers. Search out which rewards you’re eligible for by downloading and logging in to Attain. Do I need a Fitbit device? Yes, you will need to have your own Fitbit activity tracker or smartwatch to participate. Activity from your Fitbit device — along with your Aetna health history — powers the program. *Goals and recommended health actions could not replace your doctor’s tip. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from meeting your goals, or if your doctor advises you not to take part in physical activity, there may be an occasion for you to earn the same reward in a various method.
