  david holmes: Decent apk, horrible implementation. When I tried to create a report, I had to pick a category for the report. There were a dozen or so I had to select from and evidently I picked wrong. I got an email: your report has been canceled bc you picked ___ and it belonged in ___ category.

  Nice Looking Apk - Same Lousy 311 Don't allow this nice looking apk fool you. Reports are falsely marked "resolved" and cases are "closed" when in fact the trouble still exists. There is often tiny to no follow through and zero accountability.

  Charles Bastian: The map barely works, and you can't just kind in an address. Horrible apk. And, when you do receive on submitted, the lazy #Austin311 employees just close the tickets without doing anything. That are holding up the standard of worthless governments.

  Harlan Stanley: Totally useless They just close the ticket as resolved. My kid's arm is broke now as a direct effect from 6 years of complaints about a messed up sidewalk. Someone in my neighborhood has the Zika virus because of standing water thanks guys.

  Tim Lohman: Requests ignored I submitted multiple requests, which I thought was good. Unfortunately, they just tag them as resolved and close them without actually fixing any of the problems. Worthless and a waste of time!
