Even with minimal knowledge of wildland fires it will let the player to give crucial accurate details directly to fire dispatch centers and the frontlines. This should really improve speed and resourse allocation. Not to mention keeping players up to date on fire bans and closures. Good idea!

  A Google user: An perfect apk that aggregates lots of very useful data and now it covers a wider place, and especially including smoke prediction, it has become a everyday essential. It is a shame that the underlying data is so poorly updated, especially with regard fire size but this is the fault of the official data and not the developers fault. Thank you.

  Tyler Bath: I live in the elk valley and we are plauged by fresh fires everyday. Very handy. I check it few times a day. Something like this is necessary and I trust this apk would benefit from some source of crowd funding. Its our country and our home and family at risk. Every year is going to be worst then the latest. In the coming years this is going to be required. If like to thank the devs for taking there time and making this for everyone

  Chris Sch.: Plain Good given the apk is made by two members of the public. Maybe we should receive a donation button ... ? Things to improve: 1.) Create every screen zoomable - On the RATINGS screen (of wildfires) I couldn't read the icon identifiers due to too ok print. - 2.) Fire Info, need measurement consistency, i.e. Size of fire is given in hectares while "Distance from you" is given in kms. Suggest present both measurements ie metric & non-metric.- 3.) Add a screen for links such as BC AQHI.
