  CrackerJack: I'm giving this 5 stars because it does exactly what I intend to use it for. Login works ok, heck it even works with my phones fingerprint authentication. I have a Samsung Galaxy A51. If it doesn't work for others ... Then you need to modernize Android device on your smartphone or your smartphone doesn't help the later versions of Android device needed for this apk to work correctly. Hence ... You need to make batter to a newer smartphone and not leave negative comments. Thank You for a good apk.

  T. Meyer: There was a time when I couldn't access my acc info, but this seems to be fixed. The only thing I have noticed is that the text inside the boxes giving the total amount for the HRA and FSA is overlapping. This is on the smartphone apk, I don't know about the site.

  A Google user: just got apk had to install it because it's been 2 weeks and I still have no check ebook or cards to access my acc and I've been sick not able to see dr. I've had no problems logging in my code worked first time . The do you wish to use finger print option that pops up every time you log in is annoying but I just push cancel and move along . haven't tried to pay anything with it really hope its not as awful as everyone says. Hopefully my card comes soon and I dont gotta search out .

Original:Was able to view latest transactions, file a fresh claim and upload documentation. Even fingerprint login works. What more should you ask for? Amended 2019-06-15: Was forced to modernize, a practice I deplore, and found there is (1) no method to download statements and (2) no method to send messages to BW.

  Bret Almoney: Setting the password was seriously painful. It doesn't quite tell you all the guidelines and you can't see the password, and there is no checkbox to let me to see the password. I can't kind the password in in a various apk and paste it. A long password, 2 unique heroes (maybe?) 2 lower case, 2 upper case heroes, and my fingers not working well on my smartphone touch screen add up to a lot of frustration. The true time password advices were nice and the apk worked as expected after that.

  James McQueary: There have been some latest improvements to the apk that bring it up to 3 stars, most notably working biometric-linked login, and the ability to see and manage investments. Now I prefer it to the web website, if only to avoid the awkward method multi-factor authentication is handled there. It's still missing a couple features accessible on the web website. The UI is plain, but mostly functional - if you can ignore loading screens in territories you wouldn't expect them and a couple another strange behaviors during navigation. UX needs more thought around things like default filters. The underlying service remains disappointing. Monthly fees if I allow my "checking" balance fall below $3000 - most of a year for an unmarried player maxing out paycheck withholding, and worse if you use the HSA to pay for expenses. More monthly fees just for having investments, in addition to whatever your funds charge. I would suggest looking for an alternative provider, but not because of the apk.
