About the application:

This is the 15th apk in the How to Conquer the Bigger, Stronger Enemy. It expands upon the tactics and techniques taught by Emily Kwok in previous apks but is also designed as a standalone product. This very famous series of apks give you the techniques and tactics you need to defend yourself versus, and conquer, enemies much larger than yourself using the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The focus of this particular apk is giving you the techniques, tactics and mindsets that take you from the initial tie-up right through to finally tapping your enemy out with a match-ending submission. Volume 15, Submission Pathways, was filmed during a semi-private seminar in which Emily worked on no gi grappling with white, blue, brown and blackbelts. In the apk Emily starts by introducing the concept of training techniques in pathways. Pathways let your techniques to flow smoothly from one to other, and makes sure that you have appropriate reactions to whatever form of resistance your enemy gives you. Training this method also makes a lot easier to actually retain and remember the techniques that you learn. She then goes takes you through a lot of of her favourite techniques in an simple to follow step-by-step manner. These are the techniques she has used to victory globe titles in both gi and no gi competition. A highlight of this section is watching Emily trouble-shoot and fine-tune the techniques.You’ll appreciate her detail-oriented approach towards technical issues, giving seminar participants advices and info that you can contain in your mini game almost immediately.
