  Leo Corredor: I'd been looking for an eld device for my little fleet of trucks in florida, I did try a few of them and did research some more, I decided that blue ink tech offers the best value for my cash, the device is easy and effective but the best and most necessary thing is their customer service, they always reply my calls and emails and hold track of any problem until it is resolved. Also, no monthly fee.

  Carla Bustillos: The apk does its job. Customer service is perfect. I had an problem with a duplicate driver acc. Jim was very helpful, they had to internally delete one acc and he even called me back to allow me know that was taken care of and create sure everything was ok.

  Scott Frykholm: It's just what we required for our little company. I did have to do an firmware make batter to solve a little trouble. The staff at Blue Ink Technology were very helpful and followed up to create sure that the trouble was solved. Once in awhile some blue tooth connectivity issues, but that is very infrequent. Easy, no additional frills and no monthly fees. Highly suggest it. Scott

  Jesus Moncada: after most latest modernize, when driving squad it's harder to swap users/logbooks. Used to be able to swap with a click of a button, now you have to constantly press menu, swap enter username and password, and sometimes it will work, another times nothing will happen and you will have to hold trying it multiple times until it works. Please fix asap and place it back the method it was. also on apk can no longer change driving hours to PC. Was able to do it before with no trouble and can still do it on my computer but not on the apk. otherwise apk is good please continue to work and fix bugs.

  ALBERT TOLAND: The largest trouble I'm having with this particular ELD is the fact that keeps logging me on to drive when I'm not driving the only method I can fix this is to place it on private driving And place a notation wasn't actually drive being the fact this is the most expensive ELD that I've ordered and test It could not be doing this I'm Have had worst E L d's even a Qualcomm screwing up I'm just wander in if something in the d13 doing this

  Randy Cook: Shows driving when I'm stopped sometime. Freezes up occasionally and I can't change my duty status. Texas duty cycle shows 15 hours. There is no hours clock in Texas you can drive and be on duty a combination of 15 hours prior to 8 hours off regardless of how long it takes, off duty time does not go versus your duty cycle.

  Most everything seems to be working fine the only thing I found out in the latest couple of days that I've had this load as for some reason it seems to not be, started the 10-hour rest break till midnight not from the time I shut down also seems to be having problem reverted the log like from my smartphone to my pad is there something I've got adjusted wrong or is it the fact I haven't ordered the ELD yet how to give me a heads up and allow me know for anyone

  The clocks that are supposed to present you how a lot of hours you have left are always on zero even after a few days off duty. Should you please fix that?
