  Luca Sambucci: It's a joke and a copycat-app (there are a lot of copies of this apk on the shop, with various names and interface). To be clear, it doesn't do a true measurement. It asks you to place the finger on the screen (where no measurement takes put) and returns a fake number. I did a measurement with a traditional device and the results are very various. Don't waste your time on it.
