  • A Google user: good prog that works BUT you need to know this, Google play shop reads the build.prop the first time you log on and then reads from the DATA and not the build.prop. Therefore changing the build.prop like I did to Nexus S does not work until you clear ALL data on google progs. I just deleted the data on play shop and still it saw my smartphone as a Scroll............ deleted DATA on all google progs and hey presto it sees my scroll as a nexus s. This isn't the fault of the developer it's the method google reads your device.

  • A Google user: Before this, editing build.prop without a computer handy needed me to remount /system, begin a file manager, navigate to /system, begin build.prop, etc. This apk has saved my digitizer from countless extraneous impacts. Though, the white screen would be a major drain if I spent hours slaving over a hot build.prop.
