A fresh age is upon us, Grinnell. Gone are the days of under attended happenings and unfulfilled interests. Gone are the days of waiting idly for your club meeting so you can actually focus on what you care about. Gone are the days of killing time. Grinnell is a unique put. We live within a football field’s radius of 1700 passionate and interesting people. So, why is it so hard to do what you wish, when you wish, given that we exist within a community where that is actually possible? Every single student on this campus is passionate. We wish your passions to be realized and your gratis time to be spent more meaningfully. Through this platform, you are empowered to do what you wish, when you wish by connecting instantaneously with another students with aligning interests. On BUMP, following interest circles will connect you with students who share your interests and passions. Here’s an example of how BUMP can be used: Wish to play chess? 1. Begin the Chess Circle Live Chat* 2. Create plans with students in the Live Chat 3. Play chess *A notification will be instantly sent to every member of the Chess Circle, reading “chess is live”. Within seconds, all accessible members of the Chess Circle will enter the Live Chat. BUMP’s Notification System ensures that you’ll stay up to date on player activity within the interest circles you select to follow. Notifications will alert you when a circle goes live and will allow you know when a circle is no longer active. BUMP can also serve as a superior method to centralize and relay relevant info to students. Wish to stay up to date on the whereabouts of gratis meal on campus? Follow the Gratis Meal Circle. Wish to know when and where the next begin mic or improv present will be taking put? Follow the Student Performances Circle. Wish latest min reminders about lectures and happenings event on campus?
