ClearPathGPS is a web-based live fleet management solution designed for little and mid-sized fleets. An ideal solution for a range of industries including construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical landscaping, local delivery, restoration and remediation, pest control, and more. ClearPath GPS updates car positions every 30 seconds and maps car places with color-coded markers to easily see current car status, including whether a driver is speeding, idling, hard braking, or stopped. Geofences can be set up around properties as circles, polygons, or rectangles and these automatically record car and/or asset arrivals and departures. Players can select to be notified by text and/or email of necessary happenings, including unauthorized car use after hours. Employee time cards and client bills can be audited and verified using the data recorded within the system. Clear Path GPS generates virtual timecards from car and/or equipment GPS data, enabling players to track the trips and stops created by drivers throughout the day. The begin time, stop places, time stopped at each place, distance and time between stops, and total mileage, driving time, and stop time for a given period are all recorded, and can be exported to accounting and billing tool. ClearPathGPS also produces car behavior scorecards which track cornering, acceleration, braking, and speeding for each driver, and can be used to identify aggressive drivers, as well as wastage of fuel, and wear and tear that would be avoidable under improved driving. Unlike a lot of of the another dashcam solutions for fleets on the shop, ClearPath’s dash camera solution from Owlcam also detects impact or broken glass happenings when a car is off. Because there’s no SD card, there’s no method to tamper with the footage. Video captured is seamlessly linked to GPS tracking data and provides two forms of evidence in the happening of a claim. 20 second video clips can be requested from within the portal and stored in the media manager for 30 days or downloaded locally for sharing/storing. Happening snapshots can be sent by the driver to the portal by saying, “OK, Presto” and can be remotely viewed immediately by the fleet manager. 4G LTE connectivity means cloud upload of critical clips and remote viewing is possible even when the car is off. Receive real-time email and text alerts for unauthorized use or another necessary events. Vehicle positions are mapped every 30 seconds with color-coded points showing the car status - whether speeding, idling, or stopped. An extensive library of graphs and reports enable players to access fleet histories, view the top speeders for any time period, visualize over-utilization of cars versus lease mileage or under-utilization of assets, and more. Virtual timecard reports acc for all driver trips and stops in a day, with begin times, time and distance traveled to the next stop, and everyday totals for mileage, drive time, and stop time. Vehicle behavior scorecards can be used to identify aggressive drivers, wasted fuel, and avoidable wear and tear, with info of acceleration, braking, speeding and cornering tracked by accelerometer measurements 20 times per second. Fully integrated dash cam also detects and records impact or broken glass happenings when a car is off.
