David VonderBurg: Text on rename doesn't recognize "_" (though says it does) so use a dash. Doesn't agree places at all on renames and category names yet did before on old ver. Rename bug: This and previous ver often pulls up random file when clicking rename for your file - watch carefully to not rename wrong file. Stops playing on blank screen making playback edits difficult. Also recommend option to remain begin while recording (block screen time out while recording.)

Sakshi Saini: I found it really easy yet strong. Noise suppression works flawlessly. Been using it to record symposium sessions in large auditoriums. With another apks the audio recordings were not useful, but with this apk I can easily follow the lecture. Easy to use, and also backs up recordings to Dropbox.

To my surprise, at 64kbps quality, our speech was clear, the melody was barely audible in the background - and the whisper not only was there, but much louder than I said it! So I didn't purchase for better quality, but because you deserve it!!

A Google user: I had less trouble with the gratis ver! Whatever DRM this uses is nasty because it takes almost a min to begin up because it verifies the license online, and that's on my home WiFi. I shudder to think what will happen if I need this apk in an place with awful signal.

Gerald Zimmerer: Final solution which I love requires purchase of EasyVoice Recorder Pro and ClearRecord Pro. I record with EasyRecord adjusting the drop level on a per recording basis, but permanently change the default save place to the ClearRecord directory, I then use ClearRecord to playback at 1.5x speed. If I am doing notes, I use EasyRecord to listen because the playback button has more control. ClearRecord has good features for the cash, but it appears there is no longer any development. ClearRecord has playback speed controls but does a awful job of skip-back during reviewing. When the lecture is over 30 mins long, the linear scroll-bar feature is too sensitive and becomes worthless. I have fun the playback speed control but need a easy button that can skip back 10-15 seconds. (It would be method cool if the skip back period were adjustable, i.e. in settings.) I would easily pay much more for this feature alone. 1st UPDATE: I found Simple Voice Recorder Pro (more $ but worth it). Very feature rich, no playback speed control but I like the adjustable drop function that automatically cuts out when speech stops. I think this will save a lot of review time... time will tell.
