About the application:

Climate Quest is now accessible for Android device! Suggested for users ages 8 and up. Play through classic 8-bit style graphics and a retro-inspired soundtrack as you assist our zany cast of scientists SAVE THE WORLD by preparing versus climate disasters that occur around America. Climate Quest is a mini game that gives the user the power to influence mass climate change happenings and learn about how climate change can affect the cities and towns that they live in. Each mini game happening has been vetted by climate scientists for scientific accuracy. This mini game is brought to you by the EarthGames squad at the University of Washington, and proudly debuted at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in January 2016 after winning first put at the national Climate Mini game Jam. Climate Quest is for ages 8 and up, and is designed to be played in a museum, classroom, or home setting. It takes approximately 10 mins to play through the mini game. Teachers and parents can also utilize our accompanying teaching material available at our website (earthgames.org) to extend the learning experience. We'd love to hear from you!
