About the application:

Reporting an problem in the Town of Sarasota just became easier. The Town has made an apk you can download to report issues such as potholes, broken sidewalks, tree limbs down, parking meters, and a lot of more. Town departments receiving the submissions contain: Public Works, Parks & Rec, Utilities, Risk Management, Parking, and Code Compliance. Players can also add images and the physical place of the problem to help staff. The apk forwards your submission to the appropriate departments where, during normal working hours, they will take care of the requests. Players will keep email updates and/or can return to the website to check the status of submitted problems. When the problem is resolved, it will be closed.
