This is the official Lebanese Digital Green Certificate (DGC) QR code scanner, which provides the holder’s info about one of the following: 1- Vaccination In case the player has a generated certificate from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) about his vaccination, the application can scan their DGC QR code and provide the following information: a- Full name b- Date of birth c- Country vaccinated in d- Special certificate identifier e- Certificate issuer f- Medical product g- Marketing authorization h- Vaccine or prophylaxis i- Dose number out of total series of doses j- Date of vaccination 2- Try result In case the player has a generated certificate from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) about his try effect (Rapid or PCR try), the application can scan their DGC QR code and provide the following information: a- Full name b- Date of birth c- Country inspected in d- Special certificate identifier e- Certificate issuer f- Testing center g- Try name (In case of PCR) h- Try type i- Try result j- Try identifier (In case of Rapid) k- Sample collection time 3- Recovery information In case the player has a generated certificate from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) about his recovery from Covid-19, the application can scan their DGC QR code and provide the following information: a- Full name b- Date of birth c- Country of test d- Special certificate identifier e- Certificate issuer f- First date positive test g- Certificate validity (from -> to)
