  Tim Curtis: The apk wouldn't activate my frame. it would take 5 mins to match the pairing code and then it would not pull up the Wi-Fi info so I wound up setting it up on my Mac laptop. second problem is if, you delete a image album. the image album does not receive deleted from the apk or the frame. only the images do. correction, not even the images receive removed from the album or frame

  Jeff C: Do not buy. Can't use forgot password feature. You'll spend days getting album setup and then receive locked out. Help indicates restart password feature not accessible. Frames have buggy firmware. Awesome photo quality. Horrible tool.

  Aaron Key: Nice apk and frame, but keeps disconnecting from the server. Have to unplug/ replug to reconnect. Repeat in 24hr. Replace frame, still same problem, contacted help., they are very helpful and replied quickly after initial response. The frame still not working properly but I am super satisfied with help trying to assist.

  Daniel Castellanos: Very nicely packaged easy setup. Pictures look awesome. I don't like the UI of the apk and I don't like the UI of the frame. Very hard to navigate and some of the messages are not straightforward. Like the apk says Google images is not supported but when I talk to tech help they said it's not supported in the apk. It's necessary in the frame, yeah duh why would I wish to look at my Google images album through is a apk when I should just use Google images? The warning error could be clearer
