  A Google user: I tried this apk latest year, but since then they have created some nice updates and feature additions. In response to the one reviewer, 3 days could be plenty to decide if you like the apk or not. The cost of the monthly fee is well worth it if you stick with the tool, against the cost of what you'd spend on cigarettes for the same time period. People always wish something for nothing. I know that I have a tough time and am vulnerable to relapsing, so when they kindly gave me a discount code for a technical glitch I encountered, I purchased a lifetime membership, which is how much i spend on cigarettes for one month anyway. I'm just wondering if they should take a look at the design UI and maybe consider making it match Google's material design a tiny more closely. Thank you.

  Brent Tosun: Yes this is a paid service...after a few days for gratis you can go to their site and pay either $25 per month or one time $139 lifetime payment. I opted for the one payment. I really like the video instructions. If you tried to quit a million times then i def suggest this. Im on day 7 of the quit tool. Modernize: I have been smoke gratis for almost 9 months!

  Candice Orford: I am on my 3rd week of not smoking & can honestly say that Craving to Quit created my adventure relatively painless. C2Q has taught me to be mindful in all aspects of life which has created difficult times so much easier. I would suggest C2Q however it must be noted that it is imperative that you truly practice & absorb each module in order for it to be effective. i cannot say enough thank yous there is not greater feeling than not having every movement in life dictated by the next cigarette.

  NuEven NIET: UPDATE after a few months: I'm surprised and satisfied! Still no cravings, this was so simple. So weird. It just worked. I'm reinstalling rhe apk to test the way on other addition I have. :) Earlier post: I think this is THE approach to quitting. All those people who hold saying "Just do it, just quit!", really have no idea what they are talking about. Here, I have found a gentle way that focuses on the process itself. I know a lot of people have tried to quit for awesome countless times and don't wish to receive their hopes up. But I'd say always receive back up, it's worth it.

Not sure if it's really like this or something wrong happened. I've already email but there's still no answer up until now. edit: trouble solved! Will test it out now and see how it goes.

  A Google user: I smoked roughly 20 a day for 35yrs. With the assist of this apk , I quit after just 6days . Unfortunately it's only gratis for the first 3 days which isn't stated very clearly however the gains created from not buying cigarettes soon create you grateful you forked out the subcription fee . 57 days smoke gratis and fingers crossed ,I will never have to use one of these apks once more .

  A Google user: The older ver was better and worked a tiny better. However, I quit smoking as recommended over 21 days and I'm still smoke gratis 23 days later. I have a private coach on the apk who is good. Still brilliant and I'll suggest the apk to others who wish to quit their smoking or meal addiction. I'm not committed to the lessons now after the 'foundational' part but the coach part keeps me on the apk for now.

  Ashton Zoraf: Constant notifications to "check in" act more like triggers. UX is all over the put. Cant go back to change answers during checkin or wish meter (of which you have a limited number a day). Also a limited choice of options for emotional triggers. Finally, they don't really create it obvious it's a 3day trial until your at day 4. All in all, an interesting apk and quitting tactic. Although Im not convinced that everyone's intentions were in the right put when building it.

  Brian Davis: Very disappointed. Like another reviewers, I'm dismayed that only 3 days are gratis. Day 4 = "pay up buddy!" Just when I'm learning about triggers. Oh the irony. To the devs: Yes, I'm certainly aware that developing and maintaing an apk does cost cash. However, a paid subsctription is NOT the only method to recoup your costs. I personally would rather see ads and still be able to continue the tool. This 3 day gratis hook is not unlike a 3 day gratis supply of nicotine gum. The unhappy reality of your altruism is that it costs cash.

  Truman Ruth: I was so excited about how this apk was working for me. I felt like I would finally be gratis from smoking. Then on day 4 I can't access content anymore. To subscribe I have to pay 24.95 chf (about the same in usd) PER MONTH. And so all the hope and excitement just flew out the window. Lovingkindness my ass.

  Uber Tramp: A tiny disappointed with the apk. After watching the awesome doctor on the Rich Roll podcast, I was super excited to test out the way, but £23 for a month? Which I only found out as a geared up for day 4. Wich unlocks what seems to be a key part to the "getting over a craving in true time" I think had it been presented to me in the beginning I should of gotten over it. But to receive you to day three, all hyped up, then hit you with the ol' pay to play? Not cool. Dont mind paying but £23 is too much
