About the application:

These training programs provide health and security guidance to those involved in disaster response and cleanup activities following a catastrophic happening, such as a hurricane, earthquake, flooding, oil spills, and others. These programs, developed by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) National Clearinghouse in collaboration with the CPWR—The Center for Construction Research and Training, will assist workers understand at an awareness level how to identify and control hazards pertaining to the response and cleanup activities associated with specific disasters.
