  Terry: Lacks general info and No Contact telephone number. The apk asks for a "Verification Code", one that Can't be Found Anywhere. I finally just entered the Product Number and That Seemed to assist. We'll see as I have 5 more hours to charge and connect This Apk to Their (& now Mine) vacuum cleaner. Clearer instructions would be Much More Helpful!

  Cassandra Strand: The apk literally will not let me to login. It asks me for my country (which I can choose) and then asks for an email or smartphone number. Unfortunately there is no submit button or no method to scroll down to it. I was trying to install on my smartphone but since I couldn't receive it to work I tried on my smartphone which had a submit button but wouldn't agree my e-mail. I even went to their site and registered hoping it would allow me login then and no it still won't allow me login or sign up through the apk! This is the worst apk I've ever used and the functionality it was supposed to provide for my robot vacuum was beautiful much the whole reason I got that vacuum. I can only control limited functions with the included physical remote. This apk is the worst...

  Carol Moson: I had the apk and worked ok but had to delete it for malfunctioning. So, I reinstalled it and not it asks for permission to access my data which i denied and says needs that permission to work and then there is some writing in Chinese. That's a non starter for me. There is NO reason this apk would need access to my contacts and images. What changed? Latest time I installed the apk place in player and pw and off we went. Won't be using the apk. Will stay with remote control

  S H: This apk is a nightmare. Keeps kicking back my smartphone number and email address. Had to receive code via email to technical help. Still didn't work. I installed it 4 times until I got disgusted. Technical help recommended I return the vacuum, which worked ok. Decided to create due with just using the remote but really piss awful apk. HUGE FAIL!!
