"The El Paso County, CO., Citizen Connect application allows anyone in El Paso County CO., to submit Service Requests for streets and parks within it's jurisdiction. * Inputting service requests couldn't be easier for our citizens. The apk utilizes GPS tracking to automatically pinpoint the service request place and it allows citizens to upload a picture to present the specific problem. * Citizens can select to register using their contact info, linking to FaceBook/GMail, or submitting tickets anonymously to the County. The advantage of registering is that Citizens can receive status updates on their tickets through out the entire process. * Our Service Catalog provides our citizens with info on the different services, which can be serviced and provides expectations of service delivery.
