About the application:

Eritrea Tackling COVID-19, Android device based COVID-19 awareness apk which has futuristic potential in most of its functionality, provides info on pandemic, including on prevention, symptoms, self-care and tips. This apk is multilingual and incorporated sign language. It also easily adaptable, and accommodates visual, audio and video formats. This apk has a good impact on our society given that it is a multi-language apk and the target group of the apk are every citizen from young to old and people with disabilities (the blind and the deaf). Since info and prevention measures could be everyone’s responsibility, we tried to create our apk as entertaining and educational as possible. The application compliments the existing communication efforts by the Ministry of Health by ensuring that all info gaps are not only addressed but also that accurate and timely info of the pandemic is created accessible to the wider population.
