  I have had my Excella card for years now. No issues whatsoever. I saw the apk and got gassed thinking it would be better than using the site. I read the MANY awful reviews but I am a believer of always giving things a possibility. Sure enough, the apk has issues. I never even got a possibility to use it once. I uninstalled it and hope the developers receive their act together.

  DANIEL AFFEN: Tried to have cash transferred from other card carrier to my card (via PayPal.). Excella doesn't let you to do that, which is ridiculous (if my card is unable to keep funds from someone with other card carrier, then why was my card eligible for PayPal??? 🤔) Also spoke to a customer service representative, who literally asked me the EXACT SAME QUESTIONS that the automated system asks when you first call. He didn't understand my question (which I had to repeat THREE TIMES) & had me on keep for about 7 mins. A complete & total waste of my time & energy dealing with prepaid card services like this & Netspend. I am DEFINITELY considering going back to using a regular bank service. This was incredibly disappointing & an inconvenience. 👎

  Charles Suarez: Excella Mobile Not ready for prime time I don't know if there is a time lag from the time you make the player ID and the time that you attempt to log in to the Excella apk. I to have been denied with the error notice say that my card is not eligible for log in. I would like them to look in to this as I see that I am not the only one with this problem.

  atomly lee: Not Eligible For some reason, it refuses to allow me login with this apk and my card, reporting the error that my card is not eligible, even tough I have absolutely zero issues with the site login and this card, even from the same mobile smartphone. I'm sure the apk is very convenient and I would love to use it, so hopefully they receive this problem resolved sooner rather than later, allowing me to actually test it out and give it a proper review.

  Mr. Ghost1ny: This apk and excella are completely and utterly useless. They take your cash and all your private info and then don't let to use all the options the apk provides like cash transfers to other related card or bank acc. When I call customer service they basically gave me the excuse that all multimillion dollar scammers use....You Could have Read The Ok Print.... If you have an excella card with direct deposit going to it I recommend getting rid of it asap it has no true benefits at all and that's even if you can access your acc details with their BS login issues I will definitely be forwarding my complaint to the Better Buisness Bureau and all another agencies that protect consumers in NY

  Kenneth Winter: BOGUS Apk: EXCELLA DENIES AFFILIATION! I was on the smartphone for 50 mins today with Excella card. I contacted them about the mobile apks failure to log me in, they flat out told me that there has never been a mobile application for the Excella card. The card itself has now become suspect, especially because I've been using the mobile apk for nearly 5 years now. I recommend you withdraw your cash from Bankcorp Bank and contact the Department of Consumer Affairs in your state.
