  Ram Jam: It's just a web browser that opens the website on your smartphone. That's it. But makes it convenient. If you were to go on Chrome and begin the website then make a shortcut to the website, it's the same thing.

  Gawwik Bomm: It's more like you're downloading a bookmark to your smartphone because this "apk" is just the web page and it doesn't even remember you as a player, so you have to login every time you click the "apk".

  Matthew R: Company is a nightmare to fix anything. I am now 40, yes, 40 emails deep trying to have my acc restored from their mistake of an employee deleting my loyalty diamond tier when I asked how to modernize my email address. The communication goes nowhere. I have never felt more frustrated from any company and constantly getting told there's no record when they ended up finding it and won't restore my tier. I loved them until there was an acc problem. N i g h t m a r e.

  Prashant Patel: When you place an order, it says processing in a couple of hours, then says it's getting final touches next day. The final touches from them takes forever and still waiting to receive any updates after 5 weekdays. Seems if you don't buy shipping from them, it's their method to frustrate customers to force for it.

Created and order was canceled because the prescription "couldn't fit the frame" (it was a frameless selection). Overall unable to fulfill the services described. Positives Awesome virtual augmentation to test selection. Awesome customer service, simple refunding process.

  Charlene Michalec: Seriously?! Fix the login issues! I made an acc on my desktop (email, password, prescription, etc) thought I'd download the apk and login....HA! They have "no match" for my email. Why? So I go to my desktop and log out and back in....Mistakes were created and immediately regretted. So I say, ok, I'll just make a fresh acc lol, that could work.....HA! That email is already in use! SERIOUSLY! Contacted customer service by chat, I guess I don't fit the "simple fix" criteria.
