About the application:

The ezManage - Delivery apk is designed to assist streamline, manage, and track deliveries that are fulfilled in-house by restaurants in the ezCater network. Once a driver is assigned to a delivery they will be able to access necessary customer and delivery info right from the ezManage - Delivery apk. When the order is ready for delivery, the driver will start tracking which will assist provide visibility into the status of the order and reduce the number of manual communications between the restaurant, the customer, and the ezCater help squad. Upon arrival, the driver will be able to contact the customer through a masked smartphone number to ensure privacy for all parties. The ezManage - Delivery apk also provides the ability for a driver to upload a image and leave feedback about the delivery which will assist resolve any problems post fulfillment.
