  Really don't like the fresh UI. Apk is slower than old apk. Horrible font choices and sizing. Takes me three times the size to pay bills. Will have to use the full website. Also hate the stealth-modes and how the text loads. I'm sure it's more safe but please redo the UI, it is not player friendly!

  Alex Zisson: Much slower than the previous ver. Finger print sign in doesn't work for me.For some reason they created an additional step to receive to mobile check depositing, the only thing I use this for. Also, that button isn't labeled, and it no longer gives one the option to deposit other check, except by starting the process over from the previous screen. Another than that, ok.

  Jim Bob: I installed the fresh first republic bank apk in response to an email from first republic bank this morning. I deleted my old first republic bank apk then downloaded the "fresh first republic bank" apk. I logged in and it said I had to make a fresh password. In order to do this, first republic bank has to send me a verification code to my email address. It won't send a verification code. I've tried three times. first republic bank is sending out beta versions of this apk and not telling their customers. I'm going to delete this botched product. I'll rely on my Chase Bank mobile apk instead. Chase does not send out beta products to it's customers.

  Alan Kingsley: Before I installed, I called the bank rep and asked about all of the awful reviews, since FRB had finally fixed the previous ver to work well. He recommended that we customers just don't like change, and were grumbling. I beg to differ. First, the prior platform did everything I required and wanted it to do. Now, I have spent hours on the smartphone trying to receive back primary functionality. This is not because I am an idiot or grumbler, but because the technology is flawed. There are at least seven password requirements, but only four are disclosed on the apk. If you violate one of the hidden three, the apk hangs. There are at least seven password requirements on the desktop website, but only six are disclosed. This is very awful planning, approaching deception. Now I search that neither my online nor mobile bill pay work. It worked before this "improvement". Now, only error messages. I like this bank, and the tech folks are nice, but they really need to work much harder and better.
