A one-stop-shop for your Town of Fishers services. Broken road light? Pothole in the street? Fallen tree limbs in the road? We’re here to assist. The gratis Fishers Connect apk provides an simple method for residents to report non-emergency problems within the community similar to Town maintained roadways, road signs, storm water, water, sewer, road light, and park infrastructure elements. The apk also provides fast links to town info and forms similar to town services. How to Use: • Use your mobile device to take a picture of the problem that needs to be fixed and submit the image, description of the problem, and GPS place (automatically provided by the apk). • Track the progress of your reported problem and you’ll keep confirmation once the trouble is fixed. Town staff will monitor requests Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. • You can also view a map of all reported problems within your community. Simple sharing across social media platforms such as Fb, Twitter, and NextDoor invites residents to post when they have reported an problem.
