  A Google user: Since LG decided NOT to place a toggle in the camera apk to mute that stupid shutter sound I required something else to create it shut up. Completely silencing the smartphone just to take pictures sounded ridiculous. I found this apk and it works like a charm! A lot of thanks to the developer!

  Ivan Ristic: One of later updates rendered apk useless for me. Each interraction with the smartphone (minimizing apk, screen off etc.) is muting any user melody over any bluetooth, but works ok wired or on a speaker. I chosen only camera, and no another apks, no battery optimizations running whatsoever. Android device 10. Can this be fixed? Edit: Ver 1.6.0 fixed it! Thank you for fast response and fix!

  Amanda Hefner: Really disappointed because after I bought this apk for my S8, my camera shutter is only silent 50% of the time. Not sure why sometimes the shutter is on and makes noise and another times it's off.
