  Gary Becker: The apk was initially OK, but it became obvious the application was overwhelmed with individual reports which bogged down response times. A GoModesto individual named jaydee123 continued to meddle and post useless babble via comments on my service reports. This person did not identify as town official so it's secure to say jaydee123 is a GoModesto Troll who wears the lonely @$$ hat of antagonistic apk ambassador.   Jennifer Jacobs Chimerofsky: Apk should be good, but is useless to us who live in modesto, but are technically in the county. Can't report any problems. We have no sewage, sidewalks, or lights and cant create any requests here. Please allow county residents create requests.
