  David Hill: I have a 1st gen Nexus 7 and the GPS has been disconnecting all the time after the recent Android device modernize, the same as the much publicised trouble with the 2nd gen Nexus 7. I like to use my Nexus smartphone as a gratis sat nav using Navfree so I've been trying a lot of GPS apks on the play shop to receive my GPS back. This is the only one that fixed it for me. I don't know how it does it but it works (1st gen Nexus 7).
