  Megan Hoag: I love Brainzy content, but the apk has problems. Our main trouble is trying to change student profiles. I can't tell if it is because the buttons are little (we run this on a 7" screen smartphone), or the apk is freezing up. Maybe both? Hope it gets fixed. I wouldn't suggest to anyone as is.

  A Google user: I purchased the pro ver on the site so i should set up both my boys with the apk on their tablets. Identical tablets, one smartphone installed and opened without any problems. The second smartphone installs but will not begin. Support@education . com told me to confirm that my android device smartphone is Lollipop or higher, which they both are, but i still can't receive the apk to begin on smartphone #2. Customer service is no longer responding to my emails

  Cynthia Kidwell: purchased this for the sole purpose of my 2 year old practicing her letters. the only mini game she is interested in repeats the same 3 letters and never asks to identify any another letter. sent a notice to help and was basically told "it is what it is". really want I hadn't wasted my cash. she likes a couple another mini games with shapes and colors but she already does well with those topics. we specifically required assist with letters. the apk also doesnt allow you navigate all their mini games.
