Kara Michelle: This is a 6 day a week run/walk trainer starting at 3 miles and working to 13. Easy concept with vocal cues to assist hold you on track. All in all a unbelievable apk and completely worth the cash. Check out C25K Gratis or 10K Gratis if you would like to see the style of this apk before purchasing it, as this is set up the same method but starts further along and contains cross-training days.

Go to settings > battery > battery optimization, then choose this apk (and for me, map my run and google fit) and turn off battery optimization, which warns you will consume more battery. -------- original review This keeps crashing silently!!! Sharie Lawless: It eases you into running longer distances. At first you think run for 4 mins, walk 3 mins (or whatever) simple. And that keeps you running even though you kinda feel like you are going to die when they announce "half method". It's useful. You don't have to do anything on any calendar date. If you miss a day you can just carry on when you are ready but still have an idea of where you are and how a lot of workouts you have until the race.

Lance Brace: I'm still in the middle of the trainer and have a long method too go. So far I've extend my run to about double of when I started and dropped two mins off my mile time. It's structured and moves you along but in a method that allows it to be fun and motivating.
