  Allen White: You have to follow the instructions to create the selfie. Once the green oval appears you have to turn your head slightly to the right then left. I assume this is to prove to the apk that you are not just holding up a image. Watch the instruction video.

  Alan Waldo: I have been taking photo's for 50 years. Trying to receive this thing to "agree" my selfie has been the toughest job I've ever had! Maybe if I tape it to a tripod and turn on some studio lights.

  Tonya Fenner: I was able to finally receive my initial selfie taken. Now I keep a notice and I have to mimick my original selfie (same lighting and such). It doesn't matter if I'm inside, outside, above light, under light, or light straight in my face, it will not take other selfie.....Soooooo I decided to delete and reinstall the apk thinking I should just log back in. NOPE! Not event. So now I have to wait until help opens; while still needing to begin my notice. Next year, I'll just do my time and wait. This has been a large hassle.
