You have to call the prison before you can access the apk because you need to be approved for the visit with your. They might ask for a picture of your id depending on the jail just a heads up but once your approved by the jail you'll be able to log in ur inmate has to actually be online in order to keep or send a call the video is clear and very simple to hear
