Use the mobile apk to connect to a health care provider who can diagnose and prescribe medications for minor care concerns. No appointment required. This service is currently accessible to choose Johns Hopkins HealthCare insurance plan members only. How It Works Members of choose Johns Hopkins HealthCare insurance plans can log into the mobile apk at any time, from anywhere in the United States. Members will reply questions about their symptoms and insurance plan. A copayment will be collected during the login process. • Minimal wait times: You will be placed into a virtual waiting room. On average, patients wait between seven and 10 mins before being connected to a provider. • Talk to a provider: A health care provider will join via safe video and discuss your symptoms, reply your questions, create a diagnosis and suggest next steps.
