  Dan Killam: Doesn't seem to remember my login. Have to log on new every time, which is annoying. Then I have log in with the QR code rather than being able to choose the charger on the map. Confusingly, the larger QR on the front of my work's chargers doesn't work, only the little QR on the back by the serial number. Otherwise, the apk works as expected and is ok for keeping track of the charging progress and cost. Just should use more polish

  Chelsie S: Apk takes forever to load and didn't recognize that my vehicle was plugged in, despite the fact my vehicle was charging. Also, the graphics aren't super clean, and while it doesn't impact the UX it's just emblematic of the larger problems with the apk.

  Skye Handley: I cannot trust how poorly this works. There's one of these chargers in the parking lot where I take weekly classes and every week I naively test to receive this to work, and 90% of the time it fails. It tries to login for ages and every request times out. I often sit there for 5 mins trying over and over. Sometimes I test to login to the apk from home before I head to the charger and it then just fails at the next hurdle instead.

  andrew brady: Somehow it thinks I paid $8000 for some random charging session recently. Which never hapoened. As well, there is no method for me to set up my residential charger per their own directions.

  Brendan: This apk worked once and then never once more. The sign in process times out every time now. If you're going to lock hardware into a specific apk, create sure the apk works.
