  Dan O'Connell: I'm sorry to have to write this - I like KIRO weather reports - but the apk is just inexplicable. The radar is the part that is most necessary to me, and it just doesn't work. The overlays all present the same thing even when I choose "No Overlay", and the opacity slider has no result that I can see. Then while I was working on it, it crashed with no explanation.

  Sumit Gouthaman: Randomly shouts out alerts I don't appreciate an apk randomly saying out its going to rain unprompted. It could send a notification. It shouldn't speak out the alert when the apk is closed and smartphone is on standby.
