About the application:

A little app-inventor apk I made for uploading the devices current place to a web URL/API using GET ways. Recent ver contains both Driver and Watcher mode. Driver mode shows your current place while watcher mode pulls the place (you sent using Driver) from a Web URL/API. It was written specifically for smartphone but may add smartphone scaling to future releases. Every 30 seconds Locidoke will send a easy GET call to the "UP" URL in the config, appending the lat/lon of your place using your network connection. In watcher mode it will do the same thing, but instead retrieving the coordinates sent from the "DOWN" URL and setting the place on the map based using that string. (Expects longitude,latitude,time comma delimited string) Data rates may apply. The apk displays the response so a easy lat,long string will hold data rates down.
