She explains every detail on how to do the moves, which is necessary when you do your workout at home. The moves are laced together beautifully, it’s a joyful dance with fiery and calming parts. Her wisdom and positive energy lifts the workout into a higher dimension, so you’ll feed your body, mind and soul. She’s giving you the programs on how to live a better life.

  Victoria Day: I love Marnie's workouts! I've been doing them consistently for almost a year now (at least twice a week, usually 4-6 times) and I can safely say I feel the best about my body that I ever have. I'm stronger, I have better posture, I like how I look in the mirror better! I've lost 7 pounds over the course of that time, but I look and feel so various! Marnie's positive energy is infectious and I'm definitely addicted to her workouts for life.

The workouts range from 20 minutes - 60mins and the choreography meets you where you are at. Marnie, the instructor, is type, motivating, and joyful. Throughout the class she reminds of the importance of play. I have been working out with M/Body apk since Feb 2022 and I'm so satisfied I joined. My cardiovascular has improved along with flexibility and strength.
