About the application:

In Movement to Contact, you are a US Troops Company Commander tasked with finding, engaging and destroying the opponent troops in your sector in help of a larger Battalion attack. If this sector is not controlled before the main attack, it will let the opponent to use it as an escape route or to disrupt the main attack from the flanks. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Your company consists of three rifle platoons, a machine gun squad, a mortar section and headquarters element. Each unit has various values for moving and attacking along with a combat effectiveness rating. Each mini game is twenty-five turns long with each turn consists of two phases, one where you move and attack with your troops, and other when the opponent does the same. The mini game ends when (1) all the opponent troops have been destroyed, (2) you no longer have any combat effective troops or (3) the twenty-five turn limit has been reached. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Please see the in-game assist file for more info, advices and tactics.
