  Yvette Santos: Wasn't able to use due to flooding and access to the internet. Google and the developers wouldn't refund or extend the subscription. There is no method to download to use. I am disappointed because it was a waste of the year subscription I bought end of Nov. :( completely bummed. Now I am kinda back on our house still dealing with repairs and have internet. Hopefully I can download the apk still and test to use it for the next 6 months or so. Want i should use it for a year like i bought.

  Lisa Belanger: I love Carmen and her workouts but after the latest modernize the apk stopped tracking my progress and reverts back to the workout I did before the modernize. Even after playing all the workouts I've completed it still goes back to level 4 even though I'm now on level 7. Also, some workout videos and instructions arent super clear ... for example the instructions say 15 lb weights but the video shows weights and ankle weights. Or it will say 8 reps but doesnt indicate if its alternating legs or 8 reps per side. Once more I LOVE the workouts and Carmen but the apk needs work

  Michal Houston: The workouts are good but the apk messes up everytime there is an modernize. I usually have to uninstall and reinstall, and even then my progress tracker hasn't worked properly for months. It's extremely frustrating when an apk continues to fail.

  catie fun: I ordered the My Trainer Carmen apk approximately nine months ago. I purposely ordered the three month option because I knew I would not have access to my gym during that time. I was under the impression that this was a selection for only 3 months and after 3 months it would be over. Since that time, I have been charged EVERY three months, not just the 3 months I required it for. The wording on the subscription selection is suspect. In fact, when I reviewed my bank statement and saw "Plankk, 29.99", I didn't even know what it was and had to research further to figure it out. I then had to further research to realize that when it is stated that after a gratis trial, you will be billed, this also means that when selecting ANY subscription, you will be continuously billed. Legalese...it'll receive ya' every time. I already know the arguments that will be created, but I will no longer be using Google Play. That was not awesome customer service at all. I hope they have fun the 29.99 x2 that I overlooked.

  Tori Singson: I loved the previous iteration of this apk. It wasn't excellent but it was simple to use and got the job done. So a lot of good workouts before! This modernize has been really rough and I can't even use the apk. Total Body workouts present up for upper body or and booty workouts for core. It won't skip past rest days so I'm stuck in one week because the apk won't advance forward. I currently have a 3 month subscription but I probably won't renew it if these bugs aren't fixed. It's unusable.

  Emily Elliott: I love Carmen's training and work outs and have been waiting patiently for the Android device ver. This apk used 1.25 GB worth of data in about 40 mins. My smartphone overheated and caused the fingerprint sensor to fail and become unavailable. I'm extremely disappointed in Plankk and the awful performance of the apk.

  Jessica Uttinger: Really disappointed with how I was charged for this apk. I signed up for a gratis seven day trial and later on purchased a 3 month subscription for $14.99 from a link in her IG profile. Somehow Google has been charging me $12.99 a month on top of this and when I contacted the apks help squad they said I would have to receive the refund from Google. Isn't Karmen getting this additional cash? Why can't I receive a refund from her? And how am I being charged from two various companies for one single apk? I thought I was paying $14.99 for three months and now have paid $53.96 instead. Very disappointed. I've been a long time admirer and am now very turned off by this whole experience.
