  Flower Can: If it ain't broke... Why would you remove the automatic conversion from kwh to dollars and cents? This "fresh and improved" service now requires a calculator and the current rate to receive the details Myusage provided. Really sucks. Hope you receive the cash you spent on this crap back and use it to lower our sky high rates. Unhappy.

  Jason Alexander: Doesn't work half the time. Says password is wrong, when I know it is right. Can't restart password says invalid acc number, have the bill in front of me. Fingerprint login never works after the first time! They need to fix this apk or receive rid of it.

  Jen K: Absolutely useless for prepaid customers! The old apk allow me see how much my usage cost each day. This one doesn't give any info whatsoever for prepaid customers! I have no method to hold track of our usage so that I can budget now! Horrible change!
