The profile consists of a series of typical questions and a few specific questions for the family and the nanny. The specific questions contain things like maximum salary, maximum travel distance, how a lot of kids are in the family, do you have a vehicle, etc. Then, both family representatives and prospective nannies take a fast 24-question personality assessment. This kind of assessment is often used by employers to determine the fit of a prospective employee. We developed an algorithm that not only determines your personality kind but also matches family personalities to nanny personalities, thus making an optimal match. Opposites do not always attract, so the algorithm is much more nuanced and specific to the caregiver industry. We are the only service in the industry that does this, since the algorithm is proprietary and invented by our founder and CEO, Dr. Ada Liberant. The only nannies displayed to the families are ones with matching personalities and primary criteria such as salary, travel distance, etc. No another online service in the industry does this, which results in a lot of uncomfortable conversations, especially around salaries, and wasted hours filtering and interviewing nannies that do not fit even the primary criteria.
