About the application:

I think Nikon’s Digital SLRs are some of the most attractive cameras on the planet. My own photography blossomed the day I bought my first Nikon, and I’m constantly amazed at the pictures they turn out. Do I sound like a fanatic? I am. That being said, I’ve sometimes been perplexed by the dizzying amount of models and features. Which one does what? And how much? That’s why I made NikonCams. Camera Models Included: D3400, D810a, D500, D5, D7200, D5500, D750, D810, D4s, D3300, Df, D5300, D610, D7100, D5200, D600, D4, D3200, D800e, D800, D5100, D7000, D3100, D3S, D300S, D3000, D5000, D3X, D90, D700, D60, D300, D3, D40X , D40 (working on D850) * Features of NikonCams: The main screen can be sorted to the precise Nikon DSLR category that you desire: FX, DX or Both. Zoom in on individual cameras exposing info such as Sensor Kind, Estimated MSRP, Megapixels, ISO sensitivity, Memory Card Kind, etc. All of this is completely offline - no web data is called upon. This means you can access the App’s main functionality without an Internet connection. * Camera Compare Feature Enabled via Options screen. Choose the first camera then press the "Compare" button. From the list that appears, select the camera that you'd like to compare. Both cameras will appear on screen side-by-side. Rotate your phone to a landscape orientation for best viewing. Additionally, cameras can be changed by clicking either camera photo. * Web Content / Photos / Pricing / Reviews Enabled via Options screen. Here you can toggle Amazon.com, Pbase.com, Nikon.com and DPReview.com sites to present up at the bottom of each camera’s info page. Select any of the four selections in any combination. Toggling the Amazon.com look-up button gathers up-to-date info on pricing, availability and reviews. If you wish, store right from the Apk. Curious as to the kind of images that a particular camera produces? Use the Pbase.com toggle and you’ll see a sampling of the camera’s capabilities. Toggling Nikon.com brings you right to the camera’s specific Nikon page. Read expert reviews at DPReview.com. Green indicator lights (upper right) present at a glance which options are turned on. (DPReview gets a blue DP icon) They also navigate back to the Options screen when pressed. * Shutter Sounds Not only can you *see* Nikon’s cameras, you can *hear* them as well. As you'd probably expect, each Nikon has a special shutter sound. Click the shutter button along the right side of the App’s main screen (Yellow designates DX models, Grey - FX) and listen to the different camera shutter personalities. 29 various shutter sounds are now accessible. * Who’s this Apk for? Pros, Amateurs, Nikon Enthusiasts, Camera Shoppers, Camera Comparing, Upgraders… just about anyone who enjoys learning and comparing Nikon’s good line of current and 'discontinued' DSLR cameras.
