Octogeddon is a fresh puzzle mini game . Play as a wild octopus and war the forces of humanity. After the seemingly easy turret defense mini game, Plants versus Zombies, became a hit and an acquisition by EA, the original creator, George Fanatic, left the company he had made due to differing opinions about the versions at come. Octogeddon is the first mini game designed by Fanatic as part of its fresh independent studio and offers a return to a easy mini game style with a hidden layer of tactic and planning. The mini game features a creature octopus that goes wild versus the forces of humanity. Each level revolves around the user surviving waves of opponents by rotating the octopus with a easy left / right control scheme. Each defeated opponent provides a coin which can then be used to make batter the octopus with fresh animal arms for extra abilities. Octogeddon manages to retain the silly spirit of Plants v Zombies but ultimately does not have mass or lasting appeal due to less immediate decision-making. Octogeddon is a fun independent action mini game with large boots to complete. Comparisons to the first Fanatic mini game are awesome, but overall, they don't reach those heights. You ARE Octogeddon, a heavy mutant octopus with one mission: DESTROY the globe! Grow more tentacles and evolve each of them into deadlier and deadlier weapons until you become the ultimate eight-legged killing machine!
