Make your Request: Use OneRequest's step-by-step process to make a Request with the kind of vehicle you wish. Within one business day, a member of our outstanding Concierge squad will contact you to confirm car info and ensure we have everything we need to receive rolling. 2. Your Concierge goes to work: We find far and wide for vehicles that match your Request. We negotiate with dealers, work through trade-in info, figure out transportation, and discover financing options. What do you do? Live your life! Go to work. Take a yoga class. Drive your children around. You have better things to do. 3. Pick the vehicle: After we complete the find and negotiation process, we show you with the full info of your car options, including final pricing, trade-in value and transportation costs (as applicable). 4. Close the deal: From there, we finish off negotiations with the dealer, review the paperwork, arrange delivery of your car, and handle the pickup of your trade-in if you have one. All you do is sign the paperwork, pay for the vehicle, and have fun your fresh ride! Trade in Upload your car info to your OneRequest Garage. Upload it once and share it often as you need! We provide the car info to dealers anonymously. It's that easy! OneRequest makes adding your car info a breeze. 1. Choose My Garage: From your acc menu, choose My Garage and click the "Add car" button 2. Enter VIN: Input the VIN and any extra info about the car that are not auto-populated from the VIN submission 3. Upload vehicle images: Upload at least 2 exterior, 2 interior and all 4 tire images That's it! Your trade-in car is now saved to “My Garage” Once the trade-in car is saved to My Garage, you can apply it to a saved Request or when creating a fresh Request.
