NOTE: A good deal of info is included in this apk as offline data. The consequence of this is that the apk can be a tiny slow to answer when toggling and viewing certain layers at distant zoom levels. This problem was left unresolved in order to offer the maximum amount of data feasible rather than the fastest performance.
