  Chris Velluto: When the apk works it is awesome. Logged in, had it save the username, log out, test to go back in, keep error messages about wrong password or "please enter password" even though a password is entered. Can't use it if I can't log in. Site is the method to go.

  Kristina Denney: Won't authenticate player id and password after signing in from the apk the first time. Only work around is to reinstall every time you wish to use it. I'll hold using the site until the kinks are worked out. MyChart works much better.

  Lauren Page: Badly behaved. I frequently had to reboot my smartphone when trying to log in from an email, as the apk failed to load and the screen froze. Also requires formal sign-out in order to return to smartphone.

  Charli Henley: *EDIT* From 5 stars to 1 star. I tried to work around the trouble I referred to below by using the site on my phone's browser to see the history of specific tests. But now that I have the apk I can't use the site. Signing in on the browser always opens the apk, even though I don't have that set as a default. Also, I hate that I am not allowed to take screenshots. That eliminates the another workaround I tried for comparing current results to previous ones. I'm really unhappy to uninstall this apk but I have to have simple access to my historical results. 🙁 *********** This apk is unbelievable! I use Patient Gateway frequently and almost exclusively on mobile. The apk is beautifully easy and simple to navigate. It's a large improvement over trying to use the site on mobile. THANK YOU, PARTNERS, for making this apk! Makes my life much easier! My only request is that you give us a method to see a current lab effect on the same screen as the previous ones. It's not simple to see how a specific try effect has changed over time. If I wish to see how my current renal panel compares to latest month's I need to scroll down through the more latest results to search the previous renal panel. And if I wish to go back a year? That's a lot of scrolling. On the whole though, this apk is quick and simple to use.
