  A Google user: Thabk you for this incredibly helpful apk. In the age of melody streaming it's hard to search apks that assist out us local-media players. Would be nice to also have a local-backup option. Also scheduled backup/restores? My playlists delete themselves whenever my smartphone restarts (smartphone problem not your apk) so it would be nice to run a restore of the most latest backup on boot/etc!

  A Google user: Did what it says, backed up to a Google drive folder, restored to other device without a trouble. Has option to change path, since all external SD cards now receive a funky path that's a awesome feature to have. Why Google can't backup playlists is....oh, that's right they're trying to lock us into their junk. Awesome apk, thanks!

  Darrell Martinsen: Apk seems to work one time for one backup but once you modify a playlist there doesn't seem to be a method to save or backup the modified playlist. Dev did finally answer but it took awhile. But definitely appreciate the Google Drive backup option if we can receive the bugs worked out!

  Sean Malik-Williams: Found a beautiful awful bug! So my smartphone regularly wipes playlists for no reason, and this apk was excellent for backing them up elsewhere, and for what it is, it works ok. However, I regularly go to backup my playlists after I've added more songs to them, but I noticed (and inspected) that backing up more than once doesn't back up anything! It doesn't overwrite the playlist files saved on my Google Drive, and as a effect when my smartphone does wipe playlists, I can only go to the first ever backup I performed. The only method to overcome this is to delete the folder from my Drive and then do the backup all over once more, but this shouldn't even be an problem in the first put - I really hope this gets fixed!
