  Jo Wilkens: Super idea and I like the interface generally... But since it's not supported by our local government, it's useless to me. Online forms it connects to don't seem to be mobile friendly and they take a long time to fill out (without being able to submit since they're not mobile compatible). Plus, we had an election that brought in a fresh Mayor in the Fall. In spite of emailing the developer requesting they modernize their details, almost a month later it's still not updated.

  A Google user: I have no method of knowing or following up on service requests sent to the town. No tracking number for the town, an apk tracking number not useful to me. Also apk dev didn't answer to my questions.

  A Google user: Says that my report went to my municipality 311 but when I asked a 311 representative if they have received any reports from this apk they said no.
